Great Store with knowledgeable staff!
My father went in to get repair advice on a locked up engine that belongs to my 6 year old nephew, but the owner immediately dismissed him and said "We are too busy, we don't have time for that." My father didn't really know what to say since they've gotten great service from one of the other employees there and there were only two customers in the store at that time, but they will NEVER go back after this. Such a shame.. My nephew loved that store, but now he has a train that won't run on Christmas. I've never posted a negative review before, but maybe that's because we've never been dismissed so badly.

Rocky Rocks !!! He was able to do a factory reset (at no charge) on my Mike's Proto 1 C&O Allegheny. Very Knowledgeable and helpful. One of the good shops still left. I will be back often...Thank you again for helping me.
