For price and cleanliness you can't beat this location.
This is our second use of this Public Storage facility and have been happy both times. We made the reservation online but had to go to the facility to sign paperwork. Lisa greeted me at the door and walked me through all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything that was being put in front of me. She then personally took me to the storage locker to verify that it was the size ordered, that it would fit our storage needs, and that it was clean. I had a few questions that she ably answered. We then tested my lock and the entrance code and were all done.
The young Lady in the office this morning was very nice and polite, answered all my questions I had about storing at this facility. They seem very professional and a company who cares about their customers. Will definitely come back to store here.
District manager did nothing whatsoever to try and keep me as a customer.
Very nice staff, came in asking about prices and info and manager was happy to help. Also one of the nicer, cleaner places I've seen.
No way to reach any kind of customer relations at corporate HQ in California either. They have a lot to learn about customer service or lack thereof.
Lo and behold, I hear back from the district manager shortly after and he gives some lame excuse that they do a yearly review of rates around the area and adjust accordingly. Guess what? After contacting eight storage facilities in the area, there was only one other facility that charged more then Public Storage for the comparable size unit I rent.

After leaving six voicemail messages over the course of two weeks and getting no response whatsoever I went back to the storage facility and informed them of the situation and letting them know that I was getting ready to start legally depositing my monthly rent in an escrow account until I heard back from someone with the company.
Joy was friendly and professional. It was a quick and easy process to reserve a storage unit. The facility was very nice.
During the month of December I stopped by the facility three times and no one was in the office. In addition, I called three times and got voicemail all in an attempt to get some kind of explanation for the second rate increase to my unit in the last two years. On my fourth visit to the facility, the office attendant could not answer my question but gave me the name and number of the district manager to contact.
