Buyer beware! Their customer service are not there to serve you, read the fine print in the agreement or they charge you an extra month for not submitting 30 day notice in writing prior to canceling your membership. The facility looks good on the surface but you'll find out sitting in the pool 10 feet from your kid that passed the swim test gets old. The outside pool always has sand on the bottom and there was aggressive bees our last 2 visits. The hot tub water level may be ice cold with no closed sign or the water level so low you can sit at the bottom with your head above water. Their team practices take priority over your children on the courts and the rock climber is rarely open during scheduled hours during our visits. If you bring a guests they get hassled with the sales pitch to join and give their private info. The list goes on but decide for yourself if you make the same mistake we did, thanks

SWIMMING is my workout of choice and the main reason I became a member. But unfortunately, the LTF swim team and the master's swim team take up most of the evening hours (4pm - 7.30pm) almost every day and even morning hours on Saturdays. They will not hesitate to stop you while your swimming and kick you out of the pool because they need the lane. So essentially, if you want to swim during decent hours in the evening, you need to pay $50 per month and join the master's team. If you just pay the membership and not the $50, don't expect to be able to swim. The pool is too overcrowded and there is little the club is willing to do about the situation.

The staff is rude. Especially the older woman that works during the day. It’s quite pleasant for her to speak by name to other members and give me the cold stare as i exit. The facility is ok. I’d appreciate a little bit more tidiness durin busy hours.

The facility is pricey, but if you workout on a somewhat regular basis it is worth it. They have some great group classes if you are into that kind of thing.

I enjoyed my time here. My son likes the zero depth pools. The weight equipment is pretty good but gets busy at times. The classes for kids were good but often did not have full attendance which would have been nice. The parking was always easy enough. The locker rooms were great and the staff was very nice. Some of the equipment could have been updated

So if you want to swim, find someplace else.

Simply the best. The best fitness facility in the Cincinnati area. Clean facility, courteous and knowledgeable staff. It may not be the cheapest, but it is certainly worth the investment.
