I will never shop here again. I was literally followed by a store associate named Katie, everytime I turned around she would be close by even after she asked me and my friend if we needed any help. I wasn't thinking anything about it until I even saw her at the register when getting ready to check out and she didn't offer to check me out. When I left from the plaza three sheriffs followed me and pulled me over just before I was going to get on the highway and stated that the manager suspected me of stealing and described my car to them!? I showed the sheriff the receipt of everything I purchased he said he apologized and stated that I can leave. I returned 41.76 worth of items I purchased and I will file a complaint with BBB and never shop at buybuy baby again.
If you have a baby or are shopping for one this is a great one stop shop. If you need to do a registry for a shower this is a good place to do it. The thing to make sure you do is price shop because they will do price adjustments. Its worth doing a quick search on your phone for pricey items before you buy.
Came in to buy a convertible rear facing car seat and the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable, shared personal knowledge and tested the seat in my car for fit. He was great and I always have a good experience there.
This place has been my go to since my wife and I found out we were pregnant. The staff is always willing to help, their coupon rules are lax, and they always understand and accept them.
This is our first child and Katy from the baby registry department rocks! Not only did she have patience to help my wife and I with our ten million questions, she was able to provide several different options in each section and was very knowledgeable about each product. She didn’t push us to buy anything, she just presented us with product information and what she liked and didn’t like about darn near everything in the store. Thanks so much for your help and I would encourage anyone doing a registry to ask for Katy!
They really are there to make things easier, the only thing I wish is that i didnt have to bring a coupon, if i could just search on amazon for the lowest price and then go pick it up in the store, that would be most ideal! But it' not reality!
