The staff is nice but when you go there make sure you have the time for it. They are not all that fast or thorough.
The staff is friendly and approachable but sometimes leave something to be desired when it comes to interior detailing. For $20.00 I'd expect for my windshield to at least look like it'd been wiped down but alas, usually I have to touch up their handy work when I get home.
Don't waste your money! Spent $25 and my car doesn't even look clean. Smeared windows, did not wipe down nor properly dry. Inside not wiped down. I will drive to the Sharonville Car wash before I would take my car here again.
A few days short of a month after my brand new car was damaged at this location and I had to threaten with my attorney to get any progress! I called less than thirty minutes after the wash when I noticed the damage. Bad on my part for not doing a walk around before leaving the lot; lesson learned! My voicemail wasn’t returned, so I called numerous times in a row to reach a human. He said he was the manager and they do have cameras before and after the wash, but not during. I gave him the exact date/time according to my receipt and he assured me he would call by Monday the latest. Nothing. I called Wednesday to leave another unreturned voicemail. I continued to call everyday and got nowhere. I filed a complaint via the BBB, but they never received a response either. I finally get the manager again today (weeks after the date of damage) and he claims it’s been too long now, as his cameras won’t let him go back four weeks to look at them. Maybe had he call back THREE DAYS later as promised he would’ve had full evidence. Now he’ll be getting a bill for the the full repair and replacement.
I have used the basic wash and also the full service when I needed the interior cleaned. Excellent results in both cases. Very courteous staff as well.
