Very friendly and knowledgeable service. I didn't have to wait in a long line and received my rental vehicle in 5 minutes max.
I was able to use the vehicle on Saturday and return it on Sunday due to the store location being open on Sunday. Any other rental company was closed on Sunday requiring an extra day (or two since following day was Labor Day) of incurred rental costs.

Terrible. I reserved a truck on June28th, went to pick it up on July 3rd and was told they didn't have it. They also told me that I had placed a "last minute reservation", as if it was acceptable that they didn't have truck because of this. THEN, I was charged a $50 "No Show" fee for not picking up the truck. Really, really bad. I went to uHaul the same day that Budget didn't have my truck and they had exactly what I needed and for the same price.
Friendly sales associate, but company does not do customer pickups as advertised.
Easy to pickup and return the car, friendly staff and the most important: walking distance from my house! :)
