There's no good reason why Mimi's shouldn't be a great restaurant choice - primo location, great theme and decor, great sounding menu. I lived within 2 miles of this location for 6 years and several stores/establishments in the Deerfield Crossing spot are my faves! Decided to use one of their frequent email coupons offering B1G1 Free Entree. It had been a couple years since we decided to not eat here anymore. SLOW service, inaccurate orders, cold food, prepared differently than described on the menu.
was good, not the most tender, but okay. The roasted potatoes were good. The garlic spinach was awesome. Would have again. Service was excellent. Steak was cooked perfectly medium as ordered.
Our waiter, Bob, was exceptional! Best of professionalism and cheerful personality. We had a party of six. We all enjoyed our meals. Bob took great care of our large party. Definitely will come here again!
It was a train wreck from the start LOL. I feel for the manager because he actually was interjecting himself in the hostessing responsibilities (where was she? I don't know); the waiter's duties - and it was DEAD in there around 3pm.
A charming comfortable place. Wonderful food. Excellent service. 20% off coupon (look online) and 2 free pumpkin cupcakes on joining their email list. Good all around.
Didn't get any silverware, no straws, screwed up my sister's drink, brought us the wrong muffins, super slow, got the check wrong - it's all the same reasons we stopped visiting before. And we gave several more tries than we should have (those pesky coupons are tempting!. Seriously, go some where else.
